1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on Jetben, accessing any part of the platform, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Jetben platform.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Jetben. They apply to all activities on the platform including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, gameplay, bonus participation, and any communication with Jetben's support team.

2 Eligibility

To register and use a Jetben account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a Jetben employee or contractor.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Jetben platform.
• You must be registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

Jetben reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be under 18, their account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned to the original payment method after deducting any amounts wagered.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one Jetben account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Jetben monitors for duplicate accounts and will suspend all associated accounts when duplicates are detected.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid contact number, and a working email address. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. Jetben will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Jetben support immediately.

• One account per person, per device, per household.
• All registration details must be accurate and kept up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Jetben may require identity verification before processing withdrawals or activating bonuses.

4 Deposits and Payments

Jetben accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page within your account and may be updated from time to time.

Deposits are credited to your Jetben account balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. In most cases this is instant, but occasional delays may occur due to network issues on the payment provider's side. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact Jetben support with your transaction reference number.

• Only deposit using a payment account registered in your own name.
• Jetben does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once they have been credited to your Jetben balance.
• Jetben does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals on Jetben are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect players from unauthorised withdrawals. Jetben does not process withdrawals to bank accounts, third-party wallets, or payment methods not previously used for a deposit on your account.

Standard withdrawal requests are processed automatically and typically arrive within three minutes of submission. Larger withdrawal amounts or accounts that have not previously completed identity verification may be subject to a manual review process, which can take up to 24 hours.

• Minimum withdrawal amount is displayed on the withdrawal page in your account.
• Withdrawals are only processed to verified payment methods registered in your name.
• Bonus funds must meet wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Jetben reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to accounts where there is an active investigation into fair play or account integrity.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Jetben offers bonuses and promotional credits to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates.

General bonus rules that apply across all Jetben promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus balance, separate from your real money balance.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Jetben reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.
• Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated betting patterns — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts reviewed.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the timeframe stated in the offer. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account automatically.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device.

7 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

Jetben is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Jetben platform:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any tool that places bets without direct human input.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a bug are void and will be removed from your account.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer games.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once or to circumvent account restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the platform to process funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Jetben staff or other players through any communication channel.

Jetben monitors all accounts for irregular betting patterns and fair play violations. Accounts found to be in breach of these rules will be suspended immediately. Winnings obtained through prohibited conduct will be forfeited, and Jetben reserves the right to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.

8 Responsible Gaming

Jetben is committed to responsible gaming and provides tools to help players stay in control of their gambling activity. These tools are available to all registered players from the account settings page and include:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit.
• Loss limits: Set a limit on how much you can lose within a defined period.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to register new accounts or access the platform through any other means during their exclusion period. Doing so is a breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

Jetben reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for illegal purposes.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
• Detection of duplicate accounts associated with the same player.
• Fair play violations including use of bots, exploitation of bugs, or collusion.
• At the player's own request.

If your account is suspended for reasons other than a fair play violation, any real money balance in your account at the time of suspension will be returned to your verified payment method after the investigation is complete. Bonus balances are not returned in any circumstance.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily can do so by contacting Jetben support. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining real money balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method as part of the closure process.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the Jetben platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, game graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the property of Jetben or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Jetben content without prior written permission. You may not use Jetben's name, logo, or branding in any way that implies endorsement or affiliation without explicit written consent from Jetben.

11 Limitation of Liability

Jetben provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While Jetben makes every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, Jetben does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for losses arising from:

• Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Loss of data due to circumstances beyond Jetben's reasonable control.
• Any decision made by a player based on information displayed on the platform.

In no event shall Jetben's total liability to any player exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Jetben is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.

12 Privacy and Data

Jetben collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account on Jetben, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Jetben uses your personal data to operate your account, process payments, verify your identity, provide customer support, and comply with legal obligations. Jetben does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with third parties only where necessary to operate the platform — for example, with payment processors to handle transactions.

13 Changes to Terms

Jetben reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. For significant changes, Jetben will notify registered players via the contact details on their account.

Continued use of the Jetben platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
