How the Jetben Login Works

Logging in to Jetben is straightforward. Your account is identified by the Bangladesh mobile number you used when you registered. Enter your +880 number and your password, click the login button, and you're in. The whole process takes about five seconds on a decent mobile connection.

If you have the "Keep me logged in" option ticked, Jetben will remember your session on that device for up to 30 days. This means you won't need to enter your credentials every time you open the site or app — just tap the Jetben icon and you're straight into your account.

For security, Jetben may occasionally ask you to verify your identity with an OTP sent to your registered mobile number. This happens when you log in from a new device or browser, or after a long period of inactivity. The OTP expires in five minutes, so make sure your phone is nearby when you log in for the first time on a new device.

If you've forgotten your Jetben password, don't panic — it happens to everyone. The fastest way to reset it is through the account recovery process. You'll need access to either your registered mobile number or your registered email address (if you added one during registration).

Here's the step-by-step process:

• Go to the Jetben login page and click "Forgot password" or visit the FAQ page for detailed instructions.
• Enter your registered mobile number and request a password reset OTP.
• Enter the OTP you receive on your phone within five minutes.
• Set a new password — make it strong and different from your previous one.
• Log in with your new password.

Why Is My Jetben Login Not Working?

Most login issues on Jetben come down to one of a few common causes. Here's how to diagnose and fix the most frequent problems:

• Wrong mobile number format: Make sure you're entering your number without the leading zero. Jetben uses the +880 prefix, so your number should be entered as 1XXXXXXXXX (not 01XXXXXXXXX). The +880 prefix is already shown in the field.
• Incorrect password: Passwords are case-sensitive. Check that Caps Lock is off and that you're entering the exact password you set during registration. If you've changed your password recently, make sure you're using the new one.
• Account suspended: If your account has been suspended due to a terms violation or suspicious activity, you'll see an error message. Contact support to find out the reason and how to resolve it.
• Browser cache issues: Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, or switch to a different browser. Sometimes old cached data can interfere with the login process.
• App version outdated: If you're using the Jetben app, make sure it's updated to the latest version. An outdated app may have login issues that have been fixed in newer releases.

Keeping Your Jetben Login Secure

Your Jetben account holds real money, so it's worth taking a few minutes to make sure it's properly secured. Here are the most important things you can do:

• Use a unique password. Don't reuse a password from another website. If that site gets breached, attackers will try the same credentials on gaming platforms like Jetben.
• Don't share your login details. Jetben support staff will never ask for your password. If anyone claiming to be from Jetben asks for your password, it's a scam — report it immediately.
• Log out on shared devices. If you ever log in on a friend's phone or a public computer, always log out when you're done. Don't tick "Keep me logged in" on devices you don't own.
• Keep your registered mobile number active. Your mobile number is your primary account recovery method. If you change your number, update it in your account settings as soon as possible.
